We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand soon!
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation.
During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed via email or SMS.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within:
- 3–5 business days for major cities
- 5–7 business days for remote areas
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders below this amount will incur a standard delivery fee (as shown at checkout).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use it to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or by contacting our support team.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues or high shipment volume
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Unreachable phone number
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us — we’ll help track it down immediately.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Incorrect Address Policy
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
Herrung will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
