Order Cancellation Policy

At Herrung, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to make things simple and transparent for you. 💕

1. Cancelling an Order (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we can no longer cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the parcel.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refusing delivery after dispatch will be treated as a return and may incur delivery and restocking fees depending on the situation.

3. Prepaid Order Cancellation

If you paid in advance and canceled your order before it was shipped, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you placed a Cash on Delivery order but no longer wish to receive it, please inform us before dispatch.
Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in your COD service being restricted for future orders.

5. Herrung’s Right to Cancel

Herrung reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Item out of stock or unavailable
  • Payment not verified
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full if any payment was made.
