Refund Policy
At Herrung, your satisfaction means everything to us.
Every piece we create is designed with care, quality, and confidence in mind. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, certain guidelines apply to returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers. đź’—
1. Eligibility for Returns
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
- The hygiene seal or tag is intact
- The item is reported for return within 7 days of delivery
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, and sleepwear sets cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or opened.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Lingerie (including bras, panties, bodysuits, shapewear)
- Sleepwear and satin pajama sets once unsealed or tried on
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards or promotional products
3. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sarmad37037@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued in one of the following ways:
- Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders (usually within 5–7 business days)
- Bank Transfer / Store Credit: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Return Process
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order Number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
You will be responsible for shipping the item back unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return process.

7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items (unworn and sealed) within 7 days of delivery.
If the size or color you requested is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund instead.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or mobile wallet again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, contact us at sarmad37037@gmail.com, and we’ll assist right away.
